     Entegratörü olduğumuz B&R’ın güçlü görüntü işleme sistemi ile endüstride yeni standartları belirliyoruz..

   

     Makine görüş çözümlerimizin birkaç olağanüstü özelliği bulunmaktadır. İşlem gücünün kamera boyutu ve maliyeti ile olan ilişkisi olağanüstüdür. Birkaç yıl önce, bu tür bir performansa sahip bu kadar kompakt bir kamera sadece hayal edilebilirdi. B&R ile birden fazla fonksiyonun tek bir gövdede birleşmesi sayesinde, makine üreticileri ve son kullanıcılar zaman ve maliyet tasarrufu sağlayabilir.

    B&R’ ın kapsamlı aydınlatma portföyü; esnek ışık çubukları, halka ışıklar ve arka ışıkların seçimi, zorlu aydınlatma koşullarında bile optimum sonuçlar sağlar. Her ışığın entegre bir flaş kontrolörü vardır, bu nedenle harici donanım gerekmez. Entegratörü olduğumuz B&R aydınlatma kontrolü, otomasyon sistemi ile μs aralığında senkronize edilir.

   Çok işlevli görüş sensörü ile sınır tanımayan sınıfındaki birçok cihazın aksine, farklı işlevler için farklı sensörler kurmaya gerek yoktur. Bunun yerine, kullanıcılar Smart Sensor’u Automation Studio mühendislik aracında yapılandırır, burada geniş bir işlev seçeneği arasından seçim yapabilirler. Bir sensörde 255 modele kadar saklanabilir ve çalıştırılabilir. Ek modeller yazılımda kolayca değiştirilebilir.
